Pulled Pork Sliders with Peach Barbeque Sauce

Makes Lots of Good Barbecue Sandwiches!

 

Ingredients:

1 each Pork Shoulder, 3-4 lbs

1/2 Cup Spicy Dry Rub

1 each Onion, sliced

2 Cups Chicken Stock

1 recipe Peach Barbeque Sauce

2 dozen Small Dinner Rolls

 

Instructions:

Rub spicy dry rub into pork shoulder. Allow to sit overnight in the refrigerator.

Place onions on the bottom of a roasting pan. Add chicken stock. Place pork shoulder on top of onions. Cover pan with foil and cook in a 300 degree F oven until tender, about 3 hours. Remove shoulder from oven and allow to cool. When cool, shred by hand or with a fork. Toss shoulder meat as desired with barbeque sauce. Cover and reheat in a 350 degree F oven to desired temperature. (You may also carefully heat on top of the stove, stirring constantly to avoid scorching.) Serve on small dinner rolls with your choice of sides.

 

Spicy Dry Rub

Ingredients:

4 Tbsp. paprika

4 Tbsp. chile powder

6 Tbsp. brown sugar

1 Tbsp. salt

1 Tbsp. onion powder

1 Tbsp. garlic powder

2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl or a screw top jar. Cover with plastic wrap or the lid and shake until ingredients are thoroughly combined. Cover mixture and store for later use in a cool dry place.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

At LPSC, Inc. we know life happens. If you are unable to attend a class for any reason just let us know and we will refund your class tuition minus the non-refundable registration fee.

Each class has a percentage of its class fee dedicated to set costs associated with the class which we call the non-refundable registration fee. All class tuition fees include a 25% non-refundable registration fee. Non-refundable registration fees will never exceed $200.00.

The registration fee is non-refundable except for the following situations:
In the event of insufficient enrollment a class may be rescheduled or cancelled. We typically make this decision five (5) days in advance of the scheduled class. We will make every effort to notify you in advance through the contact information you provided and provide you a full refund including the registration fee.

In case of inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, a class may be rescheduled or cancelled without prior notice. Again, we will make every effort to notify you in advance through the contact information you provided and provide you a full refund including the registration fee.

The LPSC will not be held liable for any loss, injury or damage to students or their property, due to any act, neglect or omission by the school, its agents or employees. The LPSC reserves the right under unavoidable circumstances or adverse weather conditions to alter the timing or content of any course and to substitute any teacher at any time.
