In our hands-on events, your team will work with our talented chefs to create a masterful meal from start to finish. Looking for something a little more relaxed? Enjoy one of our demonstration events and watch your chef prepare a meal just for you! Want to stay home? Our new Gourmet To-Go party kits provide all the food you need to have a great party.

Private dining experiences at Sapore Restaurant are also available. Holiday parties, bridal showers, and graduations are only a few of the special events that have come to life in the cozy atmosphere and culinary delights of Sapore. Reserve the entire restaurant for yourself and give your guests an experience they'll never forget!

While we offer many different formats for private events, each event lasts between 2 and 3 hours and serves all food items prepared during the event.  Below are specific guidelines for our events:

Event Scheduling: Private events may be scheduled at any time by contacting Kate Csepegi at (440) 729-1110 or emailing kate@lpscinc.com. All private events at ICASI and LPSC must include an educational component. 

Menu Selection: When planning your private event, we have numerous menus specially currated by our expert chefs for you to choose from, or ask us to develop a custom menu just for you. Event menus must be confirmed two weeks in advance of event date. 

Additional Services: Guests at private events will receive recipes as part of their experience. Additional items may be purchased separately which include kitchen wear (chef coats, t-shirts, aprons, etc.) and kitchen equipment that can be ordered in advance. Please indicate your need for additional goods or services at the time you book your event. Additional fees for goods and services will be determined based on current pricing and product availability.

Alcohol Service: ICASI and LPSC do not supply alcoholic beverages, but you may bring such beverages or have them delivered to ICASI or LPSC at your expense. Beer and wine are permitted at ICASI and LPSC events. Hard liquor is not permitted. No fees are added to the event for this service. Sapore Restaurant enjoys a full liquor license and therefore cannot allow outside alcohol to be brought in.  

Guaranteed Guest Count: We require a guaranteed guest count for private events  one week prior to your event in order to obtain necessary products. Any dietary restrictions or food allergies also need to be disclosed at this time. If the number of guests falls below the guaranteed guest count, you will be responsible for all fees and charges based on the guaranteed guest count. If the number of actual event guests exceeds the guaranteed guest count, you will be responsible for all additional fees and charges based on the actual guest count.

Deposits and Fees: A non-refundable $500.00 deposit (or half of the total amount due, if under $1000.00) is required to confirm your event date. The deposit will be deducted from the final event total. If the deposit is not received within 30 days of booking your event, your hold on the date will be removed. Any event held at ICASI or LPSC is not subject to tax and service fees; however, events at Sapore Restaurant do require these additional fees.

Payment: Payment in full is due prior to your event. Should your guest count increase or should you request additional food or services after payment, you will receive a supplemental invoice with the additional charges. Payment can be made in cash, by check, or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).

Cancellation and Refund Policy: In the event of cancellation, your private event deposit is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation more than two weeks prior to your event date, you will be responsible for any fees and charges for non-refundable merchandise ordered for the event, including but not limited to chef coats, aprons, specialty food items, etc. In the event of cancellation less than two weeks prior to your event date, you will be responsible for 35% of the menu charges and for any fees and charges for non-refundable merchandise ordered for the event, including but not limited to chef coats, aprons, etc.

Limitation of Liability
I Capricci di Paganini, The Loretta Paganini School of Cooking, the International Culinary Arts and Sciences Institute, and Sapore Restaurant will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to students and guests or their property due to any act, neglect, or omission by the school, its agents, or employees. We reserve the right under unavoidable circumstances or adverse weather conditions or due to product unavailability to make reasonable substitution of food items. We also reserve the sole right to schedule chef-instructors and event staff in any way we deem suitable.
