Rawia is a director at a strategy consulting firm by day and an avid cook by night. She is passionate about making people around her happy through healthy, flavorful and comforting food. Rawia grew up in Lebanon eating fresh and bountiful Mediterranean food; her favorite memories include elaborate holiday meals, lazy Sunday lunches and scrumptious street food. Couple of continents away and three kids later, she wanted to recreate these experiences for her family. Rawia has been taking classes at ICASI and is working on a new Mediterranean food brand.
