Marinated Pork Tenderloin Kabobs

Serves 8

Ingredients:

Marinade:

1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup orange juice

1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce

1 Tablespoon honey

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Salt and pepper

1 pound boneless pork tenderloin, in 2-inch cubes

1 large green bell pepper, cut into 2-inch pieces

1 large sweet red pepper, cut into 2-inch pieces

1 large sweet yellow pepper, cut into 2-inch pieces

1 large onion, cut into 2-inch pieces

Salad with Grill Tomato Vinaigrette:

2 Roma tomatoes

1 cloves garlic

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon fresh basil

Salt & pepper

4 cups mix greens


Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl add balsamic, ginger, garlic, orange juice, teriyaki sauce, honey, olive oil and rosemary. Mix together well and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add pork to marinade and allow 2 hours to rest in the refrigerator.

2. Thread the pork, onion and bell peppers alternately on double metal or soaked wooden skewers.

3. Coat cold grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Put the kabobs on the grill, close the lid and grill for 10 minutes on each side or until meat juices run clear, basting frequently with marinade.

Salad with Grill Tomato Vinaigrette

1. Cut stems from tomatoes and cut them in half, remove seeds.

2. Grill for 5 minutes. Place grill tomatoes in blender with garlic cloves, basil, honey and vinegar. Add olive oil. Season to taste. Toss with mix greens. Serve with grilled kabobs on mix greens.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

At LPSC, Inc. we know life happens. If you are unable to attend a class for any reason just let us know and we will refund your class tuition minus the non-refundable registration fee.

Each class has a percentage of its class fee dedicated to set costs associated with the class which we call the non-refundable registration fee. All class tuition fees include a 25% non-refundable registration fee. Non-refundable registration fees will never exceed $200.00.

The registration fee is non-refundable except for the following situations:
In the event of insufficient enrollment a class may be rescheduled or cancelled. We typically make this decision five (5) days in advance of the scheduled class. We will make every effort to notify you in advance through the contact information you provided and provide you a full refund including the registration fee.

In case of inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, a class may be rescheduled or cancelled without prior notice. Again, we will make every effort to notify you in advance through the contact information you provided and provide you a full refund including the registration fee.

Privately Contracted Events, Gastronomic Tours & Events at Sapore are Non-Refundable

The LPSC will not be held liable for any loss, injury or damage to students or their property, due to any act, neglect or omission by the school, its agents or employees. The LPSC reserves the right under unavoidable circumstances or adverse weather conditions to alter the timing or content of any course and to substitute any teacher at any time.
