Grilled Flatbread
Description

Ingredients

1 1/3 cup warm water (105-115F) 
1 pkg. dry yeast (1 scant Tbsp.) 
3 cups all-purpose flour 
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp. olive oil 
1 tsp. table sugar
1/4 cup olive oil (for brushing dough)
2 Tbsp. coarse sea salt (for sprinkling on dough) 

Instructions

To 1 1/3 cup warm water, add 1 tsp. table sugar and 1 package of active dry yeast. Mix to combine and keep warm. Wait 10-15 minutes until the yeast starts to foam. 

In a large bowl, combine flour, water, cheese, and yeast mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon until a soft dough forms. Turn dough out on a lightly floured surface. With lightly floured hands, knead dough until it is smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. 

Lightly oil a large bowl, add dough, turning several times to oil the dough. Cover with either plastic wrap or a wet dish towel and set bowl in a warm place for 30 minutes. Punch down dough once and rest another 30 minutes. 


Break dough into pieces and roll out very thin. Brush rolled out dough with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt. Place on hot grill and cook about 2 minutes on each side until dough is cooked and has golden grilled marks. 

Remove and cut into wedges.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

At LPSC, Inc. we know life happens. If you are unable to attend a class for any reason just let us know and we will refund your class tuition minus the non-refundable registration fee.

Each class has a percentage of its class fee dedicated to set costs associated with the class which we call the non-refundable registration fee. All class tuition fees include a 25% non-refundable registration fee. Non-refundable registration fees will never exceed $200.00.

The registration fee is non-refundable except for the following situations:
In the event of insufficient enrollment a class may be rescheduled or cancelled. We typically make this decision five (5) days in advance of the scheduled class. We will make every effort to notify you in advance through the contact information you provided and provide you a full refund including the registration fee.

In case of inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, a class may be rescheduled or cancelled without prior notice. Again, we will make every effort to notify you in advance through the contact information you provided and provide you a full refund including the registration fee.

Privately Contracted Events, Gastronomic Tours & Events at Sapore are Non-Refundable

LIABILITY

The LPSC will not be held liable for any loss, injury or damage to students or their property, due to any act, neglect or omission by the school, its agents or employees. The LPSC reserves the right under unavoidable circumstances or adverse weather conditions to alter the timing or content of any course and to substitute any teacher at any time.
