Menu: Peach Mint Tea, Crab Cakes with Lemon Caper Sauce, Spring Salad with Basil Oil, Escarole Soup with Herb Gnocchi, Herb Chicken Parmesan, Ricotta Cheesecake with Fresh Strawberries & Lemon Verbena
