Chef Richard Alford CCE/CEC, the award-winning fruit & vegetable sculpture chef seen on the Food Network, will bring his knives and his talent to Canton for this fabulous basic fruit and vegetable garnishing class.
Menu: Sculpted Flowers, Flat Flowers, Combination Flower Designs, and Simple 3D Sculptures.
Tools needed: Sharp paring knife, vegetable peeler and a melon baller.(These items can be purchased at the cooking school)
