(Alford, $55, 3hrs) Hands-on (Class is limited to 12 people)(A light dinner will be served)
Chef Richard Alford CCE/CEC the award-winning fruit & vegetable sculpture chef, as seen on the Food Network will be conducting a fabulous basic fruit and vegetable garnishing class.
Menu: Sculpted Flowers, Flat Flowers, Combination Flower Designs, and Simple 3D Sculptures.
Tools needed: Sharp paring knife, vegetable peeler and a melon baller.(These items can be purchased at the cooking school)
