All of our children classes are hands-on.

Make sure that the children are confortable and happy before you leave the school.

Channel Hansel and Gretel as you design your very own gingerbread house. Learn to make gingerbread men too! Students will decorate a pre-assembled gingerbread house which they will take home at the end of the class.

Monday, December 28, 29, 30, 31, 2009 - 10am Children's Winter Cooking Camp(4 Sessions)

(Paganini/Needham,$195,4x3hrs)Hands-on(Ages 6-12)
Come and join the fun of a camp designed especially for children. Each day, students will explore a different theme as they learn cooking through hands-on classes. The children will prepare, cook and eat everything made in class.

Monday: Italy: Antipasto Salad, Potato Dumplings with Tomato Sauce, Meatballs Marinara, Garlic Flat Breads, Chocolate Biscotti

Tuesday: USA: Vegetable Noodle Soup, Potato Pancakes, Herb Crusted Pork Chops , Apple Sauce, Peppermint Brownies

Wednesday: Thai: Stir-Fried Pad Thai Noodle, Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce, Cucumber Salad, Coconut Macaroon Cookies

Thursday: Spain: Empanadas Dumplings, Potato Tortilla, Chicken & Rice Paella, Churro Donuts with Hot Chocolate Sauce
