All of our children classes are hands-on.

Make sure that the children are confortable and happy before you leave the school.

Saturday, May 29, 2010 - 10:00 am Kids Only: Finger Foods
(Ryan, $25, 2hrs) (Ages 6-12)Hands-on
Learn how easy it is to make fun finger foods.
Menu: Mini Corn Dogs, Grilled Chicken Skewers, Potato Wedges with Cheese Sauce, Mini Pizzas with Homemade Sauce, Popsicles with Fresh Fruit

Saturday, May 29, June 5, 12, 2010 - 1:00 pm Junior Chef Program
(LaCerva, $95, 3 x 2hrs) Hands-on (Ages 9-14)
These kids only classes will feature full menus prepared by the students. In these classes students will learn table settings, nutrition, proper cooking techniques, safe use of kitchen utensils/knives, menu planning and more. Students should wear long pants, closed toe non-skid shoes and hair pulled back. Students must register for the entire series.

Saturday, June 12, 2010 - 10:00 am Kids Only: Little Italy Favorites

A fun class filled with your Italian favorites.

Come and join the fun of a camp designed especially for children. Learn how to mix and match healthy lunchbox ideas. Each day, students will explore a different lunchbox favorite. You will also learn great packing & storage tips for your gourmet treats.
