The Loretta Paganini School of Cooking is proud to announce the creation of the International Culinary Arts & Sciences Institute. The ICASI division of the Loretta Paganini school of cooking located at 8700 Mayfield Road in Chesterland, Ohio, was created in response of the industry great demand for professionally trained chefs. Our mission is to educate passionate individual in culinary arts and to prepare them to enter the competitive food industry. The school offers four programs, two in culinary and two in pastry.
